I relocated to Charleston, SC a little over 4 years ago.  I visited Charleston for a week the Spring of 2005 with my daughter to check out colleges, real estate, beaches...and simply fell in love with the history and charm of Charleton.
I went home and put my house on the market. Did I tell you it was my first visit to Charleston?
As a native of the Boston, MA area, to me Charleston seemed like what Boston would have looked like if all those tall buildings weren't built!

My two daughters and I have loved living in Charleston ~ a wonderful quality of life.  Time has just flown by, it is hard to believe my youngest daughter will be graduating from the College of Charleston this May (2010)!

Last year I was blessed with a beautiful granddaughter, Mackenzie. I'm enjoying my new role as grandmother, or as my daughter refers to me as "Grandmo".
